The research team headed by prof. dr hab. Bartłomiej Mazela was awarded the Polish Intelligent Development Award 2021 in the category: Innovative technologies and future research for the implementation of the project entitled "Innovative fire- and water resistant cellulose-based material (CellMat4ever)"
On 27-29.09.2021 during the 6th Intelligent Development Forum in Toruń, the most outstanding Polish scientists and visionaries presented their projects of the future.
Prof. dr hab. Bartłomiej Mazela presented the most important goals and objectives of the CellMat4ever project - on the open stage in the tech science category.
The ceremonial gala and the award ceremony took place on September 28, 2021 in Toruń.
The Polish Intelligent Development Award has been awarded to innovators and investors since 6 years. People and organizations whose way of acting and thinking affects the intelligent and sustainable development of society and economy in the future are granted.
This is also a unique and very prestigious award in the business and scientific environment popularizing, promoting and appreciating the authors of technological and social innovations, as well as investments directly or indirectly raising the standard of living.
The initiators of the award are people who discover and appreciate what is still invisible to others. Most of the awarded projects are still in the implementation phase. However, the award is an expression of respect for the idea, a support for its future development and a form of promotion.
